Is CBD Legal in Canada?
CBD is legal depending on where you live!
All products contain 0% THC! You do not need a prescription in Canada for CBD from industrial hemp.
If you live in country where cannabis is legal you can probably legally buy CBD products derived from either marijuana (cannabis) or hemp and there is probably no restrictions on the amount of THC contained in the CBD oil.
If you live in a country where cannabis is illegal you still may be able to get whatever you need through obtaining a medical marijuana prescription. You need to check with your local authorities to see if this is possible. This is normally the case if you require CBD oil with a 1:1 or higher ratio of THC.
Some countries allow CBD if it contains less than 0.2% (or 0.3%) THC then it’s considered non Psychoactive and isn’t designated as a controlled substance.
